Remote Support from Integrity

Follow the steps below to get the support you need.

Follow this process when you are on the device with which you need help and you’re on the line with our support staff:

  1. Click here to download our on-demand remote support tool.
  2. Launch the downloaded program. It may be in your Downloads folder.
  3. Provide the code displayed to your Integrity representative.
  4. Once the support session has concluded, close the program immediately to prevent unintended remote access.
