Operations Advisor
Chris Mitchell
“Be Prepared!”- That is the motto that you will find Chris espousing to his fellow team members in his Operations Manager role. He is an on-the-ground thinker and if he were to describe his job in simple terms, he would say that he keeps things running so his teams can provide the best in service to our customers. On any given day, you will find Chris providing guidance to the Remote, Field and Project teams that he supervises. Chris’ fantasy vacation is to travel to Australia – Let’s hope he gets over his dislike of flying, because it sure will be a long boat ride. In his off-time, he enjoys spending time with his family and perhaps relaxing with a Dunkin' coffee or a cold Bud.
Senior Account Manager
Daryl views himself as the quiet observer for the eclectic group here at Integrity. In the role of Senior Account Manager, he is tasked with presenting useful solutions and guidance to customers who value what we offer.
As a rower on a local crew team, Daryl understands the importance of each team member being in sync with one another to achieve success and an individual’s contributions can have an impact on an organization.
For vacation this year, rather than a trip to Disney World, Daryl will be volunteered his time as a leader at his sons Boy Scout camp.
Field Service Technician
When there is an issue that cannot be addressed by our remote team, chances are Jason will be one of the Field Service Technicians dispatched, and on his way he may stop at Cumberland Farms for his favorite black iced coffee. Let him know if you want him to pick one up for you on his way.
Seriously, Jason’s goal is to help anyone in need that comes along and his motto is to “always remain teachable”. He loves working with the knowledgeable and proficient team at Integrity and is eager to learn from what they have to offer.
Jason describes his life as simple; his focus is on his loved ones, his work and music (in that order). He loves to spend time with his young son and looks forward to the day when he can teach him how to ride dirt bikes.
Sales Coordinator
Jeannie’s day “runs on Dunkin” and is Sales and Marketing’s “everything person”. She uses her organizational superpowers and bulldog personality to keep things moving smoothly in the department, making sure that proposals go out and that any concerns you have are addressed in a timely manner. She is often amazed by the level of conversation here at Integrity and wonders if she might be in a casting call for an episode of the Big Bang Theory.
She is the proud mother of three and grandmother of five. When not spoiling her grandchildren, she is at the gym or home reading and doing puzzles. In the summer, Jeannie can be found walking all around town or tending to her garden. Her favorite weekend getaway is going home to New York to visit family and friends.
Field Support Technician
As one of Integrity’s first customers, Joe loved us so much he decided to become our first employee when he sold his guitar store in Wallingford, CT. In the role of Field Support Technician, Joe strives to please customers by efficiently installing computer equipment, peripherals and wiring in the safest and most aesthetic way. Joe is also willing to help out wherever he can, whether it’s with the monthly invoice mailings or assisting other departments with special projects.
Above all else, Joe’s greatest passion is with music and playing guitar. If he’s not working or sleeping, you will very often find Joe either practicing in his home studio or singing and performing his favorite songs in local establishments. On the rare occasion Joe is not playing, he enjoys listening to and reading about his favorite rock bands.
Field Operations Manager
Superman? He’s OK, but a bit boring. For Justin, Iron Man has it, with all his cool technology. Justin has worked with computers since he was a kid (which is not that long ago) and enjoys tinkering with virtual reality and playing video games. He started his career at Integrity as an Intern and has taken additional responsibilities as one of Integrity’s Field Service Technicians. He enjoys interacting with customers and solving difficult problems. He applies Nike’s slogan “just do it!” in his approach to life.
As a field technician, Justin often wishes he could employ elements of his video games and utilize teleportation as a means to travel to a client rather than drive, which would maximize his time and make him more efficient. When the weather is nice, you may find him playing volleyball with friends.
Remote Technician
As one of Integrity’s newer members in the role of Remote Technician, Matt uses his attention to detail when identifying, recording and resolving difficult issues for customers. He does not allow the pressures of your problems to affect his demeanor, he is cool under pressure. He is also the first voice each day to ask the team “what are we having for lunch?” Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing video games and building computers. Many people do not realize that he has a passion for playing guitar and creating synthesized music for independent video game developers.
One day, Matt would like to travel to Costa Rica where he can observe sloths in their natural habitat.
Remote Operations Manager
Even though Aquaman ranks as his least favorite superhero (he is just a fish after all), Ralph is still the custodian of our resident goldfish, Oscar.
A native of Brooklyn N.Y., Ralph attended college as an Art major but became hooked on working with technology after his family purchased their first computer back in 1997. As Integrity’s Remote Operations Manager, Ralph oversees the help desk team to ensure that remote issues and tickets are addressed quickly and accurately. He has loves the challenge of fixing things that appear unfix-able and takes every opportunity teach himself new skills.
On a daily basis Ralph’s shares Matt’s sentiment wondering what the team will be ordering for lunch. When the office orders take out, 9 times out of 10, his order will be Chicken Parm. When Ralph is not in the office, you will find him spending time with his wife (who was his high school sweetheart) and children, playing video games, collecting X-Men comic books or catching a Red Sox game.
Project Manager
If you have a large project or buildout, chances are you will be working closely with Ralph to coordinate your technology installation. As Project Manager and member of the leadership team, Ralph is detail oriented and is driven to complete customers’ projects in the most efficient ways while still maintaining Integrity’s high standards, which is demonstrated through his unwavering and persistent desire to fix things and help people.
Ralph draws inspiration and confidence from his favorite super hero, Superman, so much so he had the Kryptonian symbol of “hope” tattooed on his arm. Always willing to learn and try new things, he lives by the motto from his favorite Star Wars Movie The Empire Strikes Back quoting Yoda “Try not! Do or do not, there is no try” and “The greatest teacher, failure is”.
In the summers, Ralph plays softball with local teams. When at home he spends time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys watching movies, or catch a Yankees, Giants or UCONN game.
Remote Technician
A customer once wrote that Todd is like a hound on his prey, and since then the nickname “Hound Dog” has stuck. He became an “IT Guy” at a young age tinkering with computers as a kid. As a Remote Support Technician, Todd uses his talents to think outside the box and loves to interact with customers every day and to solve problems that positively affect their day. When trying to resolve issues he is diligent and thorough.
If you need a mid-day snack Todd probably has something for you at his desk. Outside of the office, Todd enjoys spending time at home with wife and Matipoo puppy Bailey. As a new home owner, he has been busy putting together ready to assemble furniture along with other projects. To escape the housework, he blasts dubstep music in his car while taking a drive to get coffee and play Pokémon GO.
